Email newsletters are sent no more than once a month (View the archives, You can also subsribe to them via: rss/atom ) . After you submit your address, you'll need to confirm your subscription. I'm using Dada Mail. Every mailing that goes out has an unsubscription link that works.
Snail Mailings are done infrequently but may include small films on DVD, original artwork, postcards/fliers and whatever else I can fit into a manila envelope.
